I loved hanging out by the fire pit after a long day. It was super cozy! The room was flawless, but the Bistro prices were a bit steep 😊

Wonderful hotel, all of the staff were amiable and pleasant, favourable location in the middle of jackson. Our room was gorgeous, attractive and the bed was very comfy. A refrigerator, a seating area and a writing table were perfect. Location: the property was just off the Center, restaurants and shopping, and the cafe. The daily service was fantastic. Free Wi-Fi in the rooms was really convenient.

There were a microwave oven and a refrigerator in the exceptionally clean and immaculate room. The location was unbeatable in the middle of jackson.

Highly recommend for families needing space!

The room was spacious and modern, with a beautiful large king bed and a cozy sofa bed for my kid. The staff was friendly and quick to bring us extra towels when we asked.

It wasn't exactly bargain basement but still acceptable for what we got.

The king room offered a supremely comfortable bed and ample outlets for device charging. The breakfast experience fell short. Waiting for food service at 6:30 AM was frustrating as I left without eating. Ideally, if a breakfast is charged, there should be enough staff to handle the demand. The overall ambiance was inviting, yet it highlighted the need for improved dining service efficiency.

Comfortable Stay Despite Minor Issues

Enjoyed a cool and cozy night in the King Room with Sofa Bed. The A/C worked great, but the fan blew right on me while I slept. Dining options were decent, but I'd recommend checking out local eateries for better value. A pleasant stay for a solo traveler!

The comfort of the king size bed exceeded my expectations, providing restful sleep after long days. The room had ample outlets for charging devices, which I found very convenient. I also appreciated the inviting lobby space, made for a pleasant atmosphere to relax in.

The public seating areas felt a bit limited for larger groups or families, which could be improved.

The beautiful decor in the lobby with its elegant seating made me feel right at home, and I loved the easy access to all the facilities, making it comfortable for someone like me.

More seating options in public areas would help.

The indoor pool and leisure room were perfect spots to unwind after a busy day. A minor hiccup was that I had to walk to the gym to grab towels after swimming, but that didn't ruin my fun 😊
